Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the engagement and delivery of custom digital solutions provided by Avalon Studio. By requesting a quote, contracting our services, or interacting with our web platforms, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

Avalon Studio delivers boutique digital engineering, including:

• Custom Web Architecture: High-performance, bespoke websites and e-commerce applications built from scratch with zero generic templates.
• Cloud Systems & Integrations: Firebase Firestore backend integrations, automated lead workflows, and customized administrative portals.
• Performance Engineering & SEO: Core Web Vitals optimization, rapid load speeds, and technical search engine indexing.
• Continuous Maintenance & SLA: Technical support, serverless cloud deployment, and system monitoring.

All projects operate under a defined scope of work with clear timelines and milestone deliverables. Unless stated otherwise:

• A 50% initial retainer is required to initiate architecture and design sprints.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable upon final presentation and prior to live production DNS deployment.

Upon full project payment settlement, the client assumes complete ownership and rights over the final customized design assets, layout, and brand materials. Avalon Studio retains the right to feature the completed project in its professional portfolio.

We provide a 30-Day Post-Launch Technical Stability Warranty covering any software defects or discrepancies against the agreed scope, resolved promptly at no additional cost.
